Registration
The organization of the ENOC-2005 Conference is based on advance registration.
The Conference Registration Fees are as follows :

Regular participants
For regular Conference participants the above Registration Fees include the welcoming reception, the Conference Program, a Book of Abstracts, the Conference Proceedings on CD-Rom, lunches, coffee/tea during the breaks and the half-day excursion with the Conference dinner.
PhD students
For PhD students the above Registration Fees include the welcoming reception, the Conference Program, a Book of Abstracts, lunches and coffee/tea during the breaks. An official University letter confirming the student status must be sent by fax or mail to the Congress Office of the Eindhoven University of Technology.
The fee of separate tickets for the half-day excursion with the Conference dinner amounts Euro 100.- .
The price of separate copies of the Conference Proceedings on CD-Rom amounts Euro 100.- .
Accompanying persons
For accompanying persons the above Registration Fees include the welcoming reception and the half-day excursion with the Conference dinner.
Additional social events payable on site (like guided tours to tourist attractions and museums in Eindhoven and its reachable surroundings) will be organized for accompanying persons, provided a minimum number of accompanying persons will participate.
ENOC-2005 visa information
A number of ENOC-2005 participants may need to apply for visa to be able to enter The Netherlands.
It is to be noticed that the visa application procedure should start at least 3 months prior to the scheduled entry
in The Netherlands.
Related to the visa application and / or to the financing from their home institutes, a number of ENOC-2005 participants may need
an official invitation letter to participate in the ENOC-2005.
On request the University Congress Office, whose coordinates are given below, will provide an official invitation letter to participate in
the ENOC-2005. This invitation letter will be sent both by e-mail and by regular mail. A copy of the invitation letter will be sent by e-mail to
the Dutch Embassy / Consulate in the country where the participant will apply for a visa.
It is to be noticed that official invitation letters will only be provided to people with accepted abstracts for the
ENOC-2005.
In order to be able to provide the official invitation letter, the University Congress Office needs the following information from you:
Last name (family name), first name, initials
Date of birth, place of birth, country of birth
Name and address of University, Research Institute or Company
Position in University/ Research Institute or Company
Regular and email address of the Dutch Embassy / Consulate where you will apply for the visa
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 1 June 2005 will be fully refunded minus Euro 50 for administration costs. Cancellations made after 1 June 2005 will not be refunded.
